What's new at the Oktoberfest 2015

In the Munich City Museum, Oktoberfest boss Josef Schmid presented the most important news about the Oktoberfest 2015.

Fun, fear and motorcycle action

The new "Daemonium" will have it's visitors shudder, as they walk along the "Road to the Unknown", which wil lead them from one scry scene to the next, stretched out over four levels. Fun and excitement are to be expected at the "Konga" - Europe's biggest and fastest swing, inviting you to a high-speed flight over a jungle. "The Tower Event Centre", "the world's highest transportable skyscraper", offers new attractions like the SKY DRIVE, a roller-parcours high up in the air.
At the Oide Wiesn, daring motorcycle drivers show their skill at the "Original Motodrom".

Sweet and spicy news

At the "Goldener Hahn", guests can look forward to all kinds of poultry dishes from chicken to duck. Sausages and all sorts of meat can be found at the new "Zum Gaumenschmaus" and "Zur Räuberpfanne".
50ies-nostalgia is revived at the Oide Wiesn with an ice cream bar. More sweets can be found at the "Mandelturm" and the "Schokoladenfabrik", where guests can watch how thei delicious sweets are prepared for them. If you want a custom gingerbread heart, "Michaela's Herzlmalerei" is the right place to go to.
