See which celebrities were there at the "Almauftrieb" at Käfer Festzelt

The "Almauftrieb" at in the Käfer tent is one of the most popular celebrity events at the Oktoberfest. This year, many well-known faces gathered again. From soccer world champions like Miroslav Klose and Jerome Boateng to pop stars, all sorts of celebrities came along. Here you can see a selection.

Important Note

Unfortunately, the Oktoberfest cannot take place in 2020 due to the spread of Covid-19.

Miroslav Klose or Rammstein singer Till Lindemann: Who was there

For 21 years now, personalities from business, sport, media and show business have been coming together in the Käfer tent to have a good time at the "Almauftrieb". It's not surprising that the very well-known and not so well-known stars appreciate the event organized by Edition Sportiva: They sit together in a cosy atmosphere, get into conversation and - without being bothered - enjoy the real Oktoberfest atmosphere. Of course, beer and snacks are included.

Who was there this year? Football world champions like Miroslav Klose, Jérôme Boateng or Lothar Matthäus. Tennis idol Boris Becker and his ex-wife Barbara Becker. Ex-ski ace Maria Höfl-Riesch with husband Marcus Höfl, Rammstein singer Till Lindemann, Hollywood actor Ralf Moeller, TV presentes Annemarie and Wayne Carpendale. Even celebrities who you wouldn't expect to see at the Wiesn couldn't miss the event. Thus news anchorman Jan Hofer came with his wife Phong Lan Hofer, and the member of German parliament Philipp Amthor was also spotted.

Some celebrities partied on in other locations

The party in the Käfer tent lasted until late into the night. But like every year some of the participants of the Almauftrieb moved on to another tent. Ralf Moeller, for example, later visited Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Marstall tent, where the "Terminator" conducted the Wiesnkapelle on stage.
