Typically Bavarian and delicious: tasty veal dishes

As the name suggests, the main specialty served here is veal. The rustic pinewood cabin is cozy by day and lively by night.

What’s special: lively festivities in a huge pinewood cabin

The veal roaster is located in a huge, rustic pinewood cabin. The pine is considered the queen of the Alps. Its fragrant wood and soothing warmth make the perfect “royal” setting for traditional veal, a cozy Bavarian atmosphere, accompanied by folk music from 12 pm, and the lively festivities enjoyed by guests from 6 pm, when a live band gets the party going.

The audience: from traditional to festive

A diverse audience enjoys good food, a cozy, rustic atmosphere, and the lively festive mood in the veal roaster. It’s a bit like a ski lodge – somewhere between Sudelfeld, Kitzbühel and St. Moritz.

The menu: hot and cold veal dishes

For a good meal, this cozy tent is the place to be: from traditional lunches to spit-roasted or pan-friend veal, and all manner of outstanding gourmet dishes, the menu has plenty of options available. The drink selection ranges from palatable Löwenbräu festival beer and Franziskaner weissbier, to champagne and non-alcoholic drinks. You can also start your day at the Wiesn here with a hearty weisswurst breakfast.

Only here: daily weisswurst breakfast in a pinewood cabin

Every day from 10 am to 12 noon, the veal roaster serves one of Bavaria’s most traditional delicacies: veal weisswurst. It’s recommended to arrive early!
