What is the Chaos Pendel?
One of the most spectacular rides at the Wiesn is the Chaos Pendel. At speeds of up to 80 km/h, riders are whirled up to 42 meters into the air. The two gondolas, each capable of holding 8 people, spin on their own axes while being propelled by a rotating arm suspended from a swiveling propeller. This triple-coupled motion constantly creates new, elliptical ride paths. In varied and spontaneous movements with surprising twists, you’ll be whirled through the air sideways, upside down, and in wild loops. So the thrill is guaranteed!
