The lost and found office at the Wiesn has moved. Starting immediately, lost items can be picked up at the Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum on Theresienhöhe.

The Oktoberfest Lost and Found Office is located right next to the festival grounds.

Lost and found items can be picked up at the Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum on Theresienhöhe. The entrance is located to the right of the museum’s main entrance, within walking distance of the festival grounds. The lost and found office is open daily from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Items found in tents, on rides, or on the festival grounds will be delivered no earlier than the day after they are found. It is therefore recommended to wait one to two days before visiting the lost and found office.

  • During Oktoberfest through October 4, the lost and found office is open daily from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • The lost and found office is located next to the Oktoberfest grounds at the Deutsches Museum – Verkehrszentrum, Am Bavariapark 5, 80339 Munich
  • Opening hours after Oktoberfest on Monday, October 5, are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Note: Access to the Oktoberfest Lost and Found Office on October 5 is exclusively via the pedestrian underpass coming from Theresienhöhe.
